At 20Four, we strive to ensure that our premium coffee drip bags reach you promptly and at the best value. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policies, including how you can qualify for free shipping.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 2 PM AEST (Mon–Fri) are packed the same day.
- Orders after 2 PM are packed the next business day.
Shipping Times (Australia & NZ):
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Refunds & Exchange Policy
At 20Four, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right. Please review our refund policy below:
Here's how our refund policy works:
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and apparel must be unworn.
PROCESS:

Contact Us: Email our support team at iancarterz@20four.com.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Approval: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions or process your refund.
- We will process your refund request within 7 days of receiving your complaints.
- You will receive an email from us notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check with your bank and credit card company first. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at iancarterz@20four.com.co
EXCEPTIONS:
- Sale items: Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for the same item.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
