Order Processing:

• Orders placed before 2 PM AEST (Mon–Fri) are packed the same day.
• Orders after 2 PM are packed the next business day.

Shipping Times (Australia & NZ):

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Refunds & Exchange Policy

Here's how our refund policy works:

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and apparel must be unworn.

PROCESS:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at iancarterz@20four.com.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.
   
   
2. Approval: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions or process your refund.
   
   
3. We will process your refund request within 7 days of receiving your complaints.
   
   
4. You will receive an email from us notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
   
   
5. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check with your bank and credit card company first. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at iancarterz@20four.com.co

EXCEPTIONS:

• Sale items: Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  
  
• Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for the same item.
  
  
• Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
